Wellness benefits to keep you healthy
- Dental benefits for adult members 21 and older:
- Preventive services (cleanings).
- Diagnostic services (exams and X-rays).
- Restorative services (fillings).
- Some periodontal services (root planing and scaling).

- Bright Start®, our pregnancy care program: Bright Start offers moms-to-be care to help have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Proper prenatal care, with regular checkups and dental exams, and learning about good nutrition and breastfeeding are stepping stones to your baby’s bright future. And we offer car and booster seats* for qualifying child members (up to a $129 value).
- WW®* (formerly Weight Watchers®) membership: Qualifying members are eligible to receive up to six months of WW membership each benefit year ($250 value).

Support to help make life easier
- Member Services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week: Get answers to questions about your benefits. We have English- and Spanish-speaking staff.
- Car and booster seats* for qualifying child members: Up to a $129 value.
- Mission GED®*: Eligible members can earn their high school equivalency credentials by taking the HiSET® exam and can receive support toward the cost of the exam (up to a $125 value).
- Cellphone: Our Care Managers can help you get a phone through the SafeLink Wireless® government program if you qualify. The phone includes service and minutes every month. You must first apply for this program.

CARE Card rewards program
Earn rewards on your CARE Card by doing things that help you stay healthy.
- Earn $30 for completing your Health Needs Assessment within 90 days of enrolling with the plan.
- Earn $70 for Member Notification of pregnancy (first trimester or within 30 days of joining the plan).
- Earn $10 every year you get your flu shot.
